New Belgium Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Fort Collins, Colorado. It was opened in 1991 by Jeff Lebesch and Kim Jordan. In 2015, it produced 914,000 barrels of its various labels. As of 2015, it was the fourth-largest craft brewery and eighth-largest overall brewery in the United States.
Multi-course dinner and beer pairing at 6:30 pm. The beer will be paired with food creations from VIA Executive Chef Bill Brule.

Paired with Citradelic Tangerine IPA (50 IBU, 6% ABV)
Stone Fruit BBQ Berkshire Pork Loin
herbed corn pudding, compressed zucchini strings
Paired with Voodoo Ranger 8 HOP Pale Ale (35 IBU, 5.5% ABV) and Voodoo Ranger IPA (50 IBU, 7% ABV)
voodoo mousse, blackberries, pistachio toffee
